The Spirit of St. Patrick's Day comes alive with Andy Cooney's "Forever Irish" Concert Tour. Direct from his SOLD OUT performance at Carnegie Hall, Andy Cooney, with his outstanding voice and dynamic stage presence has always been a favorite among American and Irish audiences everywhere. His talent and versatility provide the ability to deliver a song directly to the hearts of his audience. Being christened "Irish America's Favorite Son" by The New York Times, is a title he truly deserves. Andy Cooney and his guests will entertain their audiences with a celebration of happiness that makes memories last forever.

Featured in Andy's concerts will be Ireland's New King of Blarney, George Casey. Direct from the west of Ireland, George has proved over the span of his 30-year career that his self-deprecating sense of humor and harmless barbs play well to any audience. George has performed at Caesar's Palace, The Sahara, and is a regular act at the Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. George now lives in Branson, MO where he works regularly with many renowned stars. He has also many times been featured on tour with Bobby Vinton.

Forever Irish will also feature Kate Purcell, one of Ireland's foremost folk artists. Her fresh and engaging way with a song will immediately capture and thrill the audience. Growing up with musicians such as fiddle virtuoso Martin Hayes, as neighbors, Kate's early influences were mainly Irish Folk. She also developed a love for contemporary styles particularly a blend of Blues and American Country. She has played extensively around Ireland at venues ranging from Arts Centers to major Concert Halls and has opened for, and played with, most of the major acts on the Irish touring circuit.

Andy Cooney's "Forever Irish Tour" would not be complete without Andy's world famous Irish band featuring Musical Director Brian Moran, a most accomplished musician from New York, percussionist Jimmy Kelly, guitarist Colm Graham and Mitch Reilly on flute and whistles. Colm has released "Songs of Home" and "Celtic Landscapes" and Jimmy has released "Kelly Green" that showcase their talents. Andy's band will keep your feet tapping as we head into the St. Patrick's Day Season.

The show will feature Darrah Carr Dance. The past decade has seen an explosion of popularity for Irish dance. These exciting dancers are sure to dazzle the audience with traditional Irish step and contemporary modern dance, a great combination providing a meeting place for the cultures of Ireland and America.

Come enjoy the spirit of St. Patrick's Day as Andy Cooney and his bright stars celebrate being Irish in the best country in the entire world...
